1 Hour 30 min. Private Online Workshop! Learn the proper fundamentals of the full pitching motion. Pitching might look simple but there is a lot of detail that goes into creating a "perfect" arm circle, consistently throwing strikes and feeling confident doing so. In this work shop you will learn all of the mechanics of fast pitch pitching with proper form: grip, footwork, arm circle, balance, release point and more. You will also learn what to watch out for when teaching new pitchers, the reason the ball goes where is does when it's not a strike, drills to work on, how to pace the learning process and how to build confidence. All the steps will be broken down in a way that is easy to assimilate. The workshop will be a combination of video and live video with Q & A at the end. The cost for the workshop is $300
