Managing mental pressure, stress and anxiety related to performance can be quite the challenge. Kelly has played multiple sports since the age of 6 years. She's pitched and played softball at a high level for 17 years on dozens of teams in multiple countries. Facing many mental challenges along the way. While her career was succesfull and fulfilling and she'd do it all over again in a heartbeat, she did experience times of extreme stress, anxiety, sleepless nights, awful eating disorders and more. She overcame all of that over the years using many tools that she's learned. It took time to realize that the stress was mostly self induced, not necessary and that it is possible to actually live in balance and with inner peace. Kelly hopes to help ease some of the stress and guide pitchers and players to feel calm, balanced and confident. "I wish I had someone that had 'been there' and 'been through it' when I was playing, that I could talk to, that could understand me. I hope to be that person for any athlete that needs it. You are not alone, the pressure is not easy and it doesn't get lighter. I hope to offer you tools now to set you up for success for the rest of your athletic careers and lives." - Coach Kelly Options available for 1-on-1 guidance or small groups.
