Payment

Monthly Lesson scheduling for in person and virtual lessons:

For each month, schedule to be confirmed, based on availability, by the 15th of the prior month and up to 1 month prior. Email or text confirming the schedule works fine. For example: the November schedule can be set October 1. For longer term scheduling plans please contact Kelly. 

Lesson confirmations and reminders will be sent by text and email to the parent or guardian that signs up the girls taking lessons.

Monthly Lesson payments: Payment is requested for the month at the beginning of the month. Once a lesson schedule has been confirmed, at the beginning of the new month, Kelly will send a payment request or invoice indicating the dates and amounts per lesson. For example if you have 3 lessons scheduled that month, then you'll receive a payment request at the beginning of the month for the full amount of the 3 lessons.

Payment Options:

1. Venmo

Business Venmo account:   @fastpitchwithkelly

Venmo for business charges a service fee, this will be added to the total due amount. (for example: $80 lesson + Venmo fee = $82)

 

2. Zelle

No service fee

4. Payment by Credit Card or Apple Pay 

You'll receive an invoice for the payment by email.

3% service fee added

Checks are possible but not preferred (they have been hard to keep good track of).

Please indicate your payment preference by text or email. For Venmo please indicate Venmo Handle. For Zelle please indicated the contact info needed.

Cancellation Policy:

Late Cancellation  (Within 96 hours of scheduled lesson):

​

Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled lesson will be charged full rate.

Within 72 hours 75%.

Within 96 hours 50%.

Cancellation due to an emergency please let Kelly know and we will do our best to apply the credit to the next month. 

 

Rescheduling/Cancelling Lessons prior to 96 hours: Any time after lesson dates have been agreed (via email or text), if players no longer can make the scheduled date for whatever reason there is a $25 rescheduling/cancel fee. If due to an 

emergency please let Kelly know.

The cancellation policy is this way due to the time it takes to put a working schedule into place and the time it takes to reschedule. Additionally, most time slots generally are full. When there is a cancellation generally that spot was wanted by someone else and it's often not fillable in the case of short notice.
