Pitching is a journey. Kelly will meet you on whatever level you currently are on and work with you to take you to your next level mentally and physically.
Available for virtual lessons, video feedback, one-on-one lessons (limited), group lessons, camps, clinics, mental strength and training sessions for players, coaches or parents.

Kelly Gardner
Kelly Gardner has an extensive background in fast pitch softball, she has excelled on the mound since the age of 12 when she earned her first National Title and was featured in Sports Illustrated for her accomplishments. She is a 3 time National Champion (2 time MVP) in the U.S. and in Sweden. She pitched in college, Division 1 and Division 2 in Florida. She was then recruited to play professionally in Europe. Kelly pitched competitively for 17 years, earning an overall ERA of 0.51
In high school, Stamford CT, Kelly led the Westhill Vikings to win back to back FCIAC Championships with an ERA of .04 and a fielding percentage of .960. She was named All Conference, All Region and All State 3 years in a row. Kelly was named Scholar Athlete by multiple organizations. After graduating with honors she went to Stetson University FL, Division 1, on a partial athletic scholarship her freshman year then transferred to Lynn University in South Florida, Division 2, where she received a full scholarship as a pitcher/utility player. Kelly broke 3 Lynn University records; lowest ERA, 7 consecutive shutouts, and most wins. She was chosen for the NCAA All Sunshine State Conference team. Kelly graduated cum laude from LU with a degree in International Business.
After University Kelly was recruited to play professionally, in Sweden, France, Austria and then 2 seasons in The Netherlands. She was voted best pitcher in Sweden in '05 with an ERA of .03 and a record of 33-0. In Vienna, Austria she was head coach and player and voted best pitcher in the Austrian league with an ERA of 0.78. In The Netherlands Kelly played 2 seasons, she promoted her team up to a higher division and also coached the clubs 3 junior teams. She had an ERA of 1.10 and batting average of .331
With a strong focus on sound mechanics and strength and agility training, over 17 years of competitive pitching, Kelly never had any pitching related injuries.
Kelly has a true passion for softball and for teaching, she has over 14 years of experience as a softball instructor of private lessons, operating camps and clinics and coaching everywhere she has played.
Kelly moved to Montana October of 2020, after 12+ years in Europe. She is currently giving private lessons and clinics across the state, her pitchers range from ages 8 up to 18. Four of the high school pitchers she coached in her short time in Montana have placed in the top seeds at the state tournament Montana class AA and class A including pitchers on the last 3 state championship and runner up teams in 2021, 2022 and 2023. In 2023 two of Kelly's, High School Sophomore, pitchers had the most strikeouts in the state and multiple pitchers were awarded First team All-State honors.
Softball has opened up an amazing world of opportunities to Kelly. She loves to share her love and knowledge of the game and to boost the confidence and abilities in all the female athletes she works with.
